FIELD: plant physiology and biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing seed fractions or injured seeds from sieved population of seeds; determining number of seeds per 1 g; introducing obtained data, as well as data on seed germination, population ambiguity of growth and development of coleoptiles and root system into physiological evaluation chart. Analysis of data obtained allows physically homogeneous object, such as growing germs for biological analysis and separation of physiologically uniform cell organelles, such as cell nuclei and their permolecular structures, to be selected. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method. 4 dwg
