FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: for analysis of Arg-X proteolysis and inhibition thereof in non-histone and histone proteins of supramolecular structures of plant cell nuclei, nuclei are separated from the endosperm at certain time intervals from the beginning of soaking. The nuclei are preserved. Nuclear fractions are extracted and histone and non-histone proteins are separated through ion-exchange chromatography with amberlite IRC-50 in discontinuous gradient of guanidine hydrochloride. Sites of Arg-X protease- and inhibitor-trypsin activity are determined in the proteins.
EFFECT: high accuracy of analysis.
