FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: defected leg is fixed to eliminate damage, fixation bandage is applied upon defected leg and after its solidifying patient is taught to walk with loading upon defected leg. At the same time fixation bandage is applied upon defected leg before leg's fixation at two levels - above and under - against the damage point, which are situated at preliminarily set distance from each other along longitudinal axis of defected shin which corresponds to its anatomical axis up to the damage. Then special power is applied for area of shifted edges of osseous fragments in direction opposite to this shift and in a plane perpendicular to the mentioned longitudinal axis if a shin to obtain desired anatomical coincidence of the ends of osseous fragments. Then in every plane of possible shift of osseous fragments one could see at least three fixation areas not lying at the same line, then patient is immediately taught to walk with full loading upon defected leg by making step-by-step shortening of applied fixation bandage from the side of toes up to the level of mortise joint.
