FIELD: surgical medicine. SUBSTANCE: method is used to ventilate collapsed lung by oxygen and/or air supply through one channel and simultaneous removal of it through other channel. This enables auxiliary diffusion gas exchange. Gas delivery and removal may be performed in continuous or stepped mode. Intubation tube has two channels. One channel is positioned inside the other as tube of smaller diameter. Thus simultaneous delivery and removal of gas are provided separately over different channels. EFFECT: more reliable ventilation. 4 cl, 1 dwg
