FIELD: deposition of decorative layers. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacture of glass panel 1 with printed decorative frame 15. Decorative frame 15 independent of allowances for area of surface of glass panels and allowances for positioning of glass panel and printing instrument in process of printing reaches peripheral surface 6 of glass panel 1. With this in mind enlarged profile strip 13 overlapping peripheral surface 6 and bordering on outer surface of glass panel 1 is formed directly on peripheral surface 6. Decorative frame 15 is printed after peripheral edge of glass panel 1 reaching profile strip 13. After drying of printing paint profile strip 13 is separated from glass panel 15. Device for implementation of process makes it possible to deposit color layer directly up to edge of frame with use of simple means. EFFECT: reduced cost of deposition process. 4 cl, 7 dwg
