FIELD: forming of profile from polymeric material. SUBSTANCE: extrusion head with calibrated outlet opening for extruding profile is provided with plate, which partially overlaps outlet opening, when it is disposed in operating position. It allows section of extruded profile to be changed. Plate may be made in the form of slide regulated by jack or in the form of rotary disk. A row of openings with sections calibrated in accordance with article profile is disposed circumferentially of disk. Apparatus has material feed control device, which provides regulation of feed rate depending on profile section and regulation of plate movement.
