SUBSTANCE: 1,3-butadiene is polymerized in inert organic solvent in the presence of catalyst system based on intransition metal organic salt and methyl alumoxane. Catalyst system is prepared in the presence of butadiene at molar ratio of components of 1:135-800: 1-30, respectively. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method. 1 tbl
