METHOD OF HYDROCARBON-CONTAINING RAW PROCESSING Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

Abstract RU 2112008 C1

FIELD: oil processing and petrochemical industry. SUBSTANCE: processing hydrocarbon-containing raw is carried out by its monotone heating from 80-375 C to 520-580 C at mean rate at indicated range 5-30 C/min, preferably, at 15-25 C/min and intensified by feeding evaporating agent at mean rate 0.3-1.2%/min of parent raw weight in reaction zone followed by isolation of formed liquid, gaseous products and coke. Evaporating agent: C1-C4-hydrocarbons or methane, or gases formed after hydrocarbon-containing raw processing (oil, tar, shales and their mixtures) and no containing oxidative components, or nitrogen, or hydrogen, or noble gases, or gases formed in process directly. It is desirable to feed evaporating agent in inlet point at temperature of raw in this point. It is desirable to separate reaction zone for two parts and raw is fed to the first part of reaction zone where its heated monotonously to temperature at the range 360-430 C. Gaseous and liquid products are removed from this reaction zone, unreacted raw is fed to the second part of reaction zone where its heated to 520-580 C. Evaporating agent (total consumption is 0.3-1.2%/min of parent raw weight) is distributed in reaction zone between the first and the second parts according to raw weight in the corresponding parts of reaction zone. Solid product (coke) obtaining in the second part of reaction zone is removed from the end of this part. It is desirable to maintain mean rate of raw heating to be processed at the range 5-25 C/min during its moving from inlet point in the first part of reaction zone to outlet point of coke from the second part of reaction zone. EFFECT: simplified technology (a single stage), increased yield of products, decreased process time. 9 cl, 4 tbl, 6 dwg
