FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing food mustard oil from mustard seeds. Process involves an additional step of seeds with water before their conditioning by moisture and size. Pressing is carried out at 20-25 C. This additional step ensures to exclude husk removal step and moisture-heating treatment. Food mustard oil retains all nutrient components of seeds and ensures to prolong its storage from 6 months to 12 months and more.
