FIELD: feed industry. SUBSTANCE: feed additive contains mustard oil seed processing product-full fat mustard free of antinutritive substances such as sinigrin and sinigrin decomposition products. Daily dose of additive added to main ration on the basis of dry substance is 2.5-10%. Tests and practical usage showed that growth intensity of broiler chickens under test exceeded that of control group of chickens by 5.9%, storage quality - by 0.4-2.1%, decrease in feed consumption per 1 kg of liveweight gain by 6.9-16.5%.
