FIELD: defence equipment, in particular, methods of guided missile firing with elements of optical communication with ground control equipment, as well as missile complexes intended for realization of the given methods. SUBSTANCE: during the flight of guided missile, when the control level of optical conduction of the "ground control equipment-guided missile" optical line is attained, the missile propellant combustion process on missile board is interrupted, and the control level of optical conduction during the missile flight may be converted to reference time. The missile complex is furnished with an optical conduction lock with a threshold element, and a missile propellant combustion process interruption system is installed on the guided missile, the threshold element of the optical conduction lock gets engageable with the combustion process interruption system. When the element of optical communication in the ground control system functions as a laser radiator, the optical conduction lock may be positioned on the guided missile and made as a photodiode with a threshold element at its output. The missile propellant combustion process interruption system is made as a cylinder with cooling agent, connected through a pipeline to the jet engine combustion chamber, and has a starting device; the threshold element is engageable with the starting device of the combustion process interruption system. The optical conduction lock with the threshold element may be made as a time-delay element. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency owing to the increase of controllable range by improving the reliability of optical communication of guided missile with the ground control equipment in the final flight leg. 5 cl, 3 dwg
