FIELD: foundry, construction industry, strength testing of materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed gear includes drive 1 with translational movement of output link 2, unit 3 controlling drive 1, active 4 and passive 5 supports for sample of tested material, force meter 6 and signal converter 7 which one input is connected to force meter 6. Output link of drive 1 is connected directly to active support 4 and force meter 6 - to passive support 5. Output of control unit 3 is connected to drive 1 and to second input of signal converter 7. The latter forms output signals proportional to input ones by dependences including tension in sample, input signal coming from force meter corresponding to force of load on sample, area of sample, deformation of sample, input signal coming from unit controlling drive corresponding to movement of active support, stiffness of restoring system of force meter. EFFECT: possibility of exclusion of members of structure, increased accuracy of gear. 1 dwg
