FIELD: agriculture, in particular, surface cultivation of soil. SUBSTANCE: working tool has hollow shank and undercutting hoe pivotally mounted for free rotation on shank. Undercutting hoe has cutting edge extending along its perimeter and central convex portion. Pivot joint is formed as cylindrical sleeve which embraces lower part of shank and is positioned between shank cap and supporting washer mounted on lower end part of shank and connected with it by attachment member. Pivot joint has labyrinth-type sealing member. Cylindrical sleeve is positioned in center of convex portion of undercutting hoe. Upper part of shank may be placed in cultivator holder provided with rectangular opening. EFFECT: improved quality of cultivated soil and increased service life of working tool. 3 cl, 4 dwg
