SUBSTANCE: working tool has hollow tine and undercutting hoe mounted on tine for loose rotation and provided with perimetric cutting edge and central convex portion. Pivot joint is formed as cylindrical sleeve enclosing tine lower part and positioned between tine cap and supporting washer, which is mounted on lower end part of tine and connected with it by fastening member. Pivot joint has labyrinth sealing member. Cylindrical sleeve of pivot joint is disposed in center of hoe convex portion. Tine upper part may be mounted in cultivator holder provided with rectangular opening. EFFECT: simplified construction, prolonged service life and improved quality of soil. 3 cl, 4 dwg
