FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves washing raw materials, preparing mince, adding structure-forming additive, spices and seasoning, homogenising, packaging, sealing and sterilising. As structure-forming additive, milk-fat emulsion is used. Additionally a water-binding component is added for which raw rice, dry finely ground cucumaria, kidney bean or pea meal.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain product with increased nutritive and biological value.
