FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to packaging production from thermoplastic materials. The device comprises a film supply unit, mechanism of its pulling, the unit of formation of the package, the mechanism of high-frequency welding, and the cutting tool. At that the device additionally comprises fold-generator providing the ability of feeding from two bobbins of thermoplastic material and the material with dielectric properties with the thickness of about 20 mcm, superimposed on each other, the bend in the longitudinal direction with the placement outside the thermoplastic material, followed by winding the fold on the receiving drum and its feeding to the unit of package formation with the welding, with at least one ridge. The device also comprises a cooling system, and means for placing the packaging in a stack. The method comprises unwinding the thermoplastic material, its cutting with the cutting tool, forming the package and high frequency welding. At that fold-generating is performed, as described above, and after welding the package is cooled and placed in a stack. The package comprises at least one ridge and is obtained with the above method using the above device.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides increased productivity and quality of the package.
