FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: tensoalgimetry (TA) is performed in the knee joint projection, TA indicators of the medial vastus, semitendinosus, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius muscle are measured at the four points of the diseased and healthy knee joints. In addition, the flexion and extension force, flexion and extension angle and the circumference of the diseased and healthy knee joints are measured. Using the obtained values, according to the claims, the integral joint component (IJC) is determined before and after treatment and the increase ratio is calculated as the difference between the initial and final IJC values as a percentage. According to the increse ratio, articular syndrome is estimated. The device for tenderness and strength measurement in the knee joint comprises a force sensor with nozzles for tensoalgimetry and dynamometry, a measuring unit. The force sensor is a cylinder with an internal tension gauge, which transmits the measured force through the rod. Nozzles have sizes corresponding to the measurement areas.
