FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology, orthopedics, and can be used for treatment of pronational subluxation of radial bone head in children. Essence of invention lies in complete pronation of forearm with its simultaneous bending in elbow joint in volume 0° to 90°. Preliminarily on forearm axis its traction is carried out, forearm pronation is performed simultaneously with finger pressure on radial bone head, and when reduction is accomplished, longitudinal traction ad finger pressure are stopped, installing forearm in position of zero rotation.
EFFECT: method reduces trauma of elbow joint tissues.
