FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method deals with investigation of informational parameters of acupuncture areas which are then affected by an impact to restore parameters to be normal. Diagnostic impact is combined with curative one. An impact is performed with electromagnetic radiation of infrared range at 780-1400 nm wave length modulated by rectangular impulses at 0.5-0.7 on-off time ratio at constant impact frequency being 15-30 hertz. Impact power is chosen to be 10-30% lower against a threshold one which causes painful feelings. An impact is conducted to observe painful feelings. EFFECT: higher efficiency to treat different diseases, increased body resistance to an impact of unfavorable factors of environmental and internal media. 4 cl, 4 tbl
