FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves evaluating organism state in dynamic mode using Akabane test. Channels of outmost influence upon heart beat rate are determined by means of regression analysis data. Their inlet/outlet points are stimulated until the number of heart contractions comes to norm. Stimulation is carried out with modulated infrared bandwidth radiation of 780-2500 nm in the mode of operation composed of 15-30 s action and 60-120 s pause. The device has casing having pulse gage unit, unit for recording information, control unit, switching unit, infrared radiation generator, infrared radiation emitter mounted therein. The pulse gage unit as photodetector and the infrared radiation emitter are mounted above the entry/exit point of the corresponding channel. Photodetector outlet is connected to control unit inlet through the unit for recording information. Control unit outlet and infrared radiation generator outlet are connected to the infrared radiation emitter through the switching unit. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
