FIELD: waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to waste waters characterizing by sharp fluctuation in their flow, contents of organic and other impurities as well as by periodicity of their appearance. Installation contains cylindrical casing with aeration unit constructed in the form of ejector with aeration tube attached to it, pipelines supplying and withdrawing waste water, and second cylindrical casing with aeration unit mounted at higher level in relation to the first casing. The second casing contains, in its upper part, thin-layer settler disposed round the aeration tube. Below the settler, there is a branch pipe in the casing wall connected through pipeline to aeration unit of the lower cylindrical casing. The latter may have mechanical cleaning unit consisting of two sections containing inlet gates, sulfur-retention gratings, and cylindrical vessels with horizontally installed gratings.
