FIELD: oceanographic equipment, measurement of parameters of wind-induced waves at sea. SUBSTANCE: two fibrous coils 1,2 of interferometer are arranged under receiving membranes 4, 5 anchored in body 3 and oriented orthogonally. Fibrous coils 1, 2 are loaded to these receiving membranes. While meter is placed at sea one of membranes ( and coils ) is subjected to total pressure and the other one - to hydrostatic pressure. Signal proportional to wave pressure is extracted across output of interferometer. EFFECT: simplified design and increased operational reliability of meter. 4 cl, 3 dwg
