FIELD: medicine, experimental surgery. SUBSTANCE: method deals with dissection of damaged and non-viable splenic tissues. Splenic artery is tied up distally against branching of left gastro-omental artery. Segmentary arteries are tied up according to damage level. Wound surface is covered with serous-muscular-submucosal fragment of stomach upon vascular stem. The latter has left gastro-omental arteries and a vein. EFFECT: higher safety of organ-keeping operation at splenic disorders. 9 dwg
