FIELD: medicine, particular, surgery; applicable in autotransplantation of spleen tissue following splenectomy. SUBSTANCE: autotransplant is placed into abdominal cavity of the patient, and stomach front wall is dissected up to submucous layer with incision size equalling the length of the prepared autotransplant and parallel to the greater curvature of the stomach with subsequent separation of wound edges over submucous layer, and autotransplant is placed into wound of the stomach wall and sutured with single-row sutures. EFFECT: higher efficiency of functioning of spleen reinplanted tissue. 4 dwg
