FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and surgery. In case of traumatic spleen injury, resection of the rupture with plastic of the spleen is performed by autotransplant. Out of the external oblique abdominal muscle, a vascularized muscle flap of the required length and width is isolated. Cover the resection surface of the spleen with the inner surface of the distal margin of the muscle flap. Resected spleen with fixed part of muscle flap, which forms fibrous-muscular capsule, is immersed in the abdominal cavity.
EFFECT: method allows to increase effectiveness of organ-preserving intervention by preserving the splenic tissue with the main blood supply, preventing capillary bleeding in the area of resection and the reliability of peritonization.
