FIELD: radio engineering; antenna arrays built up of several slits made in walls of metal tube in parallel to axis with in-phase power supply. SUBSTANCE: coaxial power line has its external conductor made in the form of tube with radiating slits and central conductor or rod receives mushroom-shaped probes screwed into it to provide for capacitive coupling with slits which is adjusted by rotating and displacing the rod. Speed and desired effect of adjustment greatly depend on proposed calculation of interval between adjacent probes (and slits) considering effect and calculated length of slit.
