SUBSTANCE: inner sole has lower plate 1 and bottom plate 2, which are joined by transverse stitches so that parallel corrugations are defined. Steady-state biased coiled conical springs are arranged in rows within corrugations. Double-system lines of vibration-proof insulators 6 are arranged in corrugations adjacent to heel and toe parts of inner sole. Vibration-proof insulators 6 are made in the form of conical springs and arranged in two rows at both sides of rigid insert. Corrugation spacing is equal to diameter of larger base of conical spring. Increased efficiency is provided by extremely low natural vibration due to increased static deformation and amplitude of conical spring working stroke and due to double-stepped system of vibration-proof insulation of heel and toe inner sole parts subjected to maximum stress.
