SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a race-walking footstep-pillow that contains a support element (designed as per an individual orthopaedic pattern), an equidistantly reflecting moulding of the foot heel part, manufactured based on a latex composition and perforated, along the whole surface, with longitudinal rows of through holes with the central row having the minimum diameter D0, the side rows diameters serially increasing in proportion to individually variable pressure onto the foot heel part moulding; inserted into the holes are twisted springs of corresponding diameters that are tightened from the bottom with a plastic plate and from the top - with a durable material by way of its through sewing with thread so that to form longitudinal corrugations; the manufactured footstep cushion resonance frequency region coincides with the impact pulse spectrum of the athlete's movement along the track.
EFFECT: reduction of the athlete's fatigue during long distance walking.
