FIELD: light industry, in particular, passive vibration-protective devices used in manufacture of sportive, medicine and every day shoes. SUBSTANCE: inner sole has lower plate 1 and upper plate 2 composed of cut parts 6 of orthopedic patterns 3 sewn with lower plate 1 by stitches 4 so as to define corrugations 5 separated by perpendicular stitches into square members 6 defining cells. Conical springs 7 are inserted into each square cell 6 and equally statically compressed due to limited interplate volume of members. Inner sole has low natural frequency by increased static deformation and amplitude of working stroke of conical spring which is not restricted by contact between spring coils. Inner sole surface is imparted shape conformable to foot shape to provide uniform distribution of loading over the whole surface of foot.
