FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: orthopedic insole for unloading zones of calluses and/or corns of the plantar surface of the foot according to the first variant, containing an upper layer of the material of the upper covering of the orthopedic insole and a lower layer made in the form of a frame, and an interinsole layer containing multifaceted cells placed tightly to each other and glued to the top layer with an adhesive that allows one or more cells to be removed or replaced with cells of the same shape, with a lower material density or with a greater thickness. The bottom layer is made with an adhesive layer for pressing against the inter-insole layer and is covered with a removable paper protective layer. The dimensions of the faces of polyhedral cells range from 3 to 20 mm. The thickness of the multifaceted cells ranges from 2 to 8 mm. Orthopedic insole for unloading zones of calluses and/or corns of the plantar surface of the foot according to the second version containing an upper layer of the material of the upper covering of the orthopedic insole and a lower layer made in the form of a frame, and the intersole layer containing multifaceted cells placed tightly to each other and glued to the bottom layer with an adhesive that allows one cell or more cells to be removed or replaced with cells of the same shape, with a lower material density or with a greater thickness. The top layer is made with an adhesive layer for pressing against the inter-insole layer and is covered with a removable paper protective layer. The dimensions of the faces of polyhedral cells range from 3 to 20 mm. The thickness of the multifaceted cells ranges from 2 to 8 mm.
EFFECT: inventions provide an increase in the prophylactic and therapeutic effectiveness of the insole by providing unloading of callosities and corns zones of the plantar surface of the foot while maintaining comfort of use.
