FIELD: sanitary and hygienic articles for oral cavity care: teeth and tongue cleaning. SUBSTANCE: toothbrush has cleaning head 1, handle 2 and tongue cleaning device 3 attached to handle 2 and made in the form of mermaid's tail 4. Tongue cleaning device 3 has clip with bend at one side of clip and bristles at other side of clip. Bristles are adapted for final cleaning of tongue. Toothbrush head 1 has bristles of different shape embedded into head by different known methods. Toothbrush is further provided with rest formed as truncated slotted cone with hook-and-loop type retainer on its bottom and vessel carrying doser. Tongue cleaning device provided with channel is fixed in doser. Teeth are cleaned by all bristles defining steps of different height with following cleaning of tongue by scraping various particles and inclusions from tongue by means of bend and final fine cleaning by means of fine bristles. Tongue may be further oiled with plant oils, such as sunflower, olive and other types of oils placed in vessel and dispensed by doser. EFFECT: increased efficiency in cleaning oral cavity, particularly tongue, without injuring oral mucosa. 6 cl, 4 dwg
