SUBSTANCE: brush has handle with first end and second end including first and second sides, bristle extending from first side, and replaceable cleaning device connected to second side. Bristles are adapted for cleaning user's teeth and replaceable cleaning device is adapted for cleaning of user's tongue and teeth. Replaceable cleaning device may be made in the form of multiplicity of parallel combs, multiplicity of piles from bristle yarns, multiplicity of bristles made in the form of spade head, scraping pad-like surface or multiplicity of offset rows of bristle-like structures made from soluble crystals for scraping of tongue and mouth cavity surfaces. Plurality of heads may be attached to many-sided toothbrush, each including respective replaceable cleaning surface and device for connecting of one of plurality of heads to second side by closing said replaceable cleaning device. Repeatedly closed bag is adapted for each head and for receiving of second end of handle to protect from soil and bacteria of head and handle, when they are not used. For further protection of heads and handle and for additional freshening of user's mouth, bags with liquid are provided.
