SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oral hygiene products, and in particular to toothbrushes. A toothbrush consists of a handle and a cylindrical head with bristles attached to it. According to the invention, the bristles are in the form of plates tapering towards the cleaning end. The bristles are attached to the head body along a helical line, the angle α of inclination of which to the horizon is from 10 to 20°. The base of each bristle is fixed on a helical line at an angle of β from 45 to 55°. The profile of the cylindrical head, formed by the bristles, is made with a rounded end.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of hygienic cleaning of teeth and oral cavity.
