FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: a splenic vein is isolated from extraperitoneal access. It is necessary to provide a presentation to a wound of splenic and pancreatic veins. Pancreatic veins are isolated, fastened and crossed up. Then splenic and renal veins are anastomized according to "end-into-side" type. Simultaneously a non-interrupted suture is applied onto posterior and anterior lips of anastomosis at inclination angle of operative axis being 82-87 deg. EFFECT: higher efficiency to broaden indications for operation, decrease traumaticity of operation. 4 dwg
