FIELD: membrane technics. SUBSTANCE: membranes of invention can be used in chemical industry and medicine for separation processes while possessing selective permeability in conjunction with biological compatibility and antithrombogenic activity. Membrane is asymmetrically structured and contains polysulfone-based polymer, 1-8 wt % of vinylpyrrolidone-based polymer, and at least 1 wt % of polyglycol. Weight ratio of polysulfone-based polymer to vinylpyrrolidone-based polymer in the dense covering layer on the inner membrane surface ranges from 9:1 to 6:4. Weight ratio of vinylpyrrolidone-based polymer in the covering layer to the same polymer in the outer surface layer is at least 1.1. Hollow-fiber membrane is manufactured by extruding spinning solution through annular hole, directing precipitating fluid containing 0.1-4.0 wt % of vinylpyrrolidone-based polymer inward and outside of annular stream of spinning solution.
