SUBSTANCE: present invention provides a separation membrane containing a hydrophobic polymer, a hydrophilic polymer, and polymer A, wherein: polymer A is a copolymer that contains a hydrophilic block and a hydrophobic block, the hydrophobic block having an alkyl group of 2-4 carbon atoms at the end of the side chain of the hydrophilic block and is selected from a group including a vinylpropanoate block, a vinylbutyrate block, a vinylpivalate block, and a vinylpentanoate block; and when two liters of bovine blood containing 50 unit/ml of heparin and having a hematocrit value of 30 vol.% and the total protein concentration of 6-7 g/dl, circulate at a flow rate of 100 ml/min at 37°C so as to obtain a filtration flow rate of 10 ml/(min⋅m2), the protein sieving coefficient 60 minutes after the start of circulation is at least 86% of the protein sieving coefficient 10 minutes after the start of circulation.
EFFECT: invention relates to a separation membrane module, the effectiveness of which does not deteriorate even when in contact with a biological component, such as blood, which can be used for a long time, which has excellent moisture removal efficiency and which emits less eluates.
