FIELD: dialysis membranes.
SUBSTANCE: dialysis membrane in the form of a hollow-fiber membrane or a flat membrane, made of a composite, which is formed from at least one basic membrane based on at least one polysulphone with at least one pore-forming hydrophilic additive, and at least one functional layer arranged on the base membrane, wherein functional layer is formed by at least one polymer polycationic binder and at least one additional layer from polymer polyanion, wherein the base membrane is formed by a material selected from: polysulphone [PSU], sulphonated polysulphone [SPSU], polyether sulphone [PES], sulphonated polyether sulphone [SPES], polyphenylsulphone [PPSU], sulphonated polyphenylsulphone [SPPSU]; as well as mixtures thereof and mixture thereof with polyamide [PA], polyacrylonitrile [PAN], polymethylmethacrylate [PMMA], polyacrylic acid [PAA], polycarbonate [PC], polyurethane [PUR]; polycationic binder is selected from a group consisting of: polyethyleneimine [PEI], chitosan, polylysine, polyarginine, polyornithine or a mixture thereof; carboxylated polyanion is a polysaccharide or a sulfated polysaccharide, which is selected from: dextran sulfate [DEXS] with a molecular weight (Mw) of 15 kDa to 1 MDa sulfonated chitosan having a molecular weight (Mw) of 30 kDa to 750 kDa; cellulose sulfate with a molecular weight (Mw) ranging from 20 kDa to 1 MDa, preferably about 100 kDa; or mixtures thereof; and wherein pore-forming hydrophilic additive is selected from: polyvinylpyrrolidone [PVP], short-chain glycol with 2–10 C-atoms, triethylene glycol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol [PEG]/polyethylene oxide [PEO], as well as mixtures thereof.
EFFECT: technical result is increased water permeability and membrane sieving factor.
