FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, continuous casting of blanks. SUBSTANCE: the device uses a composite mould consisting of four longitudinal working walls positioned in pairs, each wall of the first pair is made with expanded upper and vertical lower sections of working surface and fastened to two eccentric shafts with a synchronous drive of their movement, and each wall of the second pair is mounted on the drive eccentric shaft for reciprocate shifted to the first pair, the pressure mechanism bearing has additional horizontal grooves accommodating balls for vibration of walls of the second pair in the horizontal plane, and the carriages and each wall of the first pair have grooves engaged with a screw making up a worm gearing. Besides, blades with upper and lower cutting edges are installed in the lower part of each working wall of the second pair.
