FIELD: metallurgy, namely continuous casting of billets and deforming them. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes horizontal splined shafts. On each shaft at both sides of support sleeve is mounted; said sleeve has eccentrically arranged opening with splines on its surface. Bearing assembly is mounted on outer surface of each sleeve; ring with brace is secured to surface of bearing assembly. Said ring is detachable one; it has two halves and, possibly inner beads. Eccentricity "e" of opening, shaft diameter ≪D₁≫ and outer diameter ≪D₂≫ of sleeve are mutually connected by relations D₁/D₂ = 0,5-0,75; and 2e/(D₂-D₁) = 0,07-0,15.. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability, enlarged manufacturing possibility of apparatus, lowered time period for preparing apparatus at casting different metals. 2 cl, 4 dwg
