FIELD: metallurgy, namely billet continuous casting. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for making continuously cast deformed billets has in lower portion of working wall of second wall pair additional drive unit joined with two eccentric parallel horizontal shafts. There are eyes on edges of drive unit and adjusting tie rods are mounted in said eyes. Adjusting tie rods provide motion of drive unit and working walls of second wall pair as one system. Drive unit is joined with working wall of second wall pair by means of flexible link. Additional eccentric shaft is mounted in upper part of each rest. Diameter "d1" of said shaft is connected with diameter "do" of main eccentric shaft by relation d1/do=0.4-0.6. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation, increased service life period of mold, enhanced surface quality of billets. 2 cl, 4 dwg
