FIELD: foundry engineering. SUBSTANCE: device for continuous casting of workpieces has crystallizer with expanded upper and vertical lower sections. Parts forming these sections are fixed on two eccentric parallel horizontal shafts with synchronous drive for their moving. Crystallizer is constructed as four longitudinal parts. Two of them are fixed on two eccentric shafts and make a slope to crystallizer axis and form the first couple. Two other parts forming the second couple are in reciprocating movement from eccentric shaft engaged with the drive. Phase of the second couple movement is shifted regarding the first couple.
