FIELD: materials handling; packing of liquid and semiliquid products. SUBSTANCE: chamber of container is formed by placing continuous tape of thermally moulded synthetic resin around tubular member. Edges of tape are welded to form nonstretched envelope with introduction of liquid under pressure into envelope. Envelope is enclosed in die whose space defines shape of chamber with tubular member passing through chamber. Die executing pressure on tape closes the envelope on tubular member. Then product is delivered into chamber through tubular member and hole is closed. This hole remains open during entire phase of envelope forming owing to presence of tubular member in die. EFFECT: improved quality of packing. 14 cl, 7 dwg
