FIELD: forming enveloped containers for liquid, powder-like, granulated or solid materials. SUBSTANCE: in forming the packages or containers, frame is used (together with base placed in it) for forming limited space open at the top whose volume corresponds approximately to volume of unified container (package). After placing the wrapping film around the frame (and base, if necessary), container (package) is formed which is open at one end; then container (package) is partially filled through open end with material and open end is closed, thus forming fully closed container (package); after partial filling of the container, frame is removed from it.
