FIELD: chemical and textile industries; production and processing of chemical fiber and threads. SUBSTANCE: device has drive mechanism 2, spindle 3 with bearing supports 4 and slip clutch 5 with permanent magnets 6 installed in between. Driving clutch member 7 is rigidly coupled with drive mechanism 2 and is made in form of cylindrical cup installed coaxially relative to spindle 3. Driven clutch member 8 is rigidly coupled with spindle 2 on which bobbin holder 9 is installed. Holder is fixed relative to spindle and it carries chuck 10 with bobbin 11. Driven clutch member 8 is made in form of ferromagnetic bushing installed on spindle 3 for axial displacement relative to driving clutch member 7 and for subsequent rigid fixing by means of lock 12. EFFECT: improved quality of thread winding owing to provision of accurate maintenance of thread tension in process of winding. 1 dwg
