FIELD: drying liquid thermolabile products in food industry, microbiology, and pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: drier has handling members, infra-red radiators, and facilities for applying liquid product layer and removing dry product. Handling members are horizontal disks mounted on vertical shaft with infra-red radiators placed between them. Facilities for applying liquid product are radially arranged foam generators and those used for layer-by-layer removal of dry product from disk surface are installed for controlling their elevation above disks. EFFECT: improved intensity of drying process, increased output per unit of holding capacity, and improved reliability of drier. 2 dwg
