FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: optical diffuser comprises analytical system to determine biologically active substance in analysed fluid by registered optical biosensor pickup dichroism signal variation proceeding from DNA molecular structures. Said biosensor comprises sensitive element displaying circular dichroism in visible spectrum. Proposed system comprises narrow-band light source emitting on wavelength corresponding to maximum optical activity of sensitive element, wavelength selector made up of narrow-band interference filter, polariser to generate linearly polarised light flux, polarisation modulator, photo detector, registration and processing system and computer to calculate biologically active substance concentration proceeding from results of measuring circular dichroism signal differences obtained before contact of biosensor with analysed fluid and in preset interval of biosensor contact with analysed fluid.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of determination of concentration.
