FIELD: quantum electronics. SUBSTANCE: device has pumping oscillator, multiple-channel emitter with diffraction channel communication through optical field, which is provided by two metal comb-shaped electrodes which rods are directed in opposite to each other. In addition device has optical resonator which is shaped by two mirrors. Cross section of one electrode of multiple-channel emitter is shaped metal structure which is short- circuited to extreme rods. Number of rods in another electrode, which is inserted inside first electrode, is less than number of rods in first electrode. Two electrodes together provide closed resonator which is tuned to laser excitation frequency. First electrode is grounded. Second electrode is connected to high-frequency pumping power. Laser provides high-frequency excitation of active population under increased pressure, as well as impedance matching of emitter to pumping source. EFFECT: decreased size, increased effective output power, increased electromagnetic compatibility in assembly of complex systems. 3 dwg
