FIELD: quantum electronics. SUBSTANCE: device has pumping oscillator, pumping field generator which is designed as parallel plate metal electrodes which are spaced by active population. In addition device has non-stable optical resonator which has confocal concave and convex mirrors. Electrodes and mirrors of optical resonator are arranged in symmetry about line which runs through curvature center and focal point of mirrors. Cross size of concave mirror is 2a which is equal to width of electrodes. Cross size of concave mirror is 2b (b<a). Edges of concave mirror are supplied with flat reflecting mirrors which are perpendicular to optical axis of resonator. Size of each reflecting mirror is c = (a-b). Axial area off at least one mirror has semi-transparent output window. EFFECT: increased output power, increased concentration, decreased dissipation of output beam, increased functional capabilities. 4 dwg
