FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has proximal and distal pedicels connected with detachable hinged joint provided with lock. Cylindrical axle having stopping protrusions and cylindrical head provided with diametric slots are connected to internal part of distal pedicel of hinge. Stopping protrusions width is selected so that hinge rotation angle is equal to 105-115 deg and maximum bending angle is bound to 95-100 deg, that is, 5-10 deg smaller than natural physiological finger phalanx bending angle. Internal part of the proximal hinge pedicel is connected to cylindrical cavity which diameter is equal to cylindrical head diameter on open part of which protrusions are made in diametric arrangement distributed along axial proximal pedicel. The distal and proximal pedicels are composite. External part of the distal and proximal pedicels is rigidly fixed in phalanges and have cellular structure on the side engageable through its surface with the phalanges that provides for quick and reliable proliferation of fibrous tissue. Internal parts of the distal and proximal pedicels is not round to exclude cranking pedicels around the axial pedicel without hindering, when needed, removal of internal parts from the external ones.
