FIELD: repair of vital parts, mainly fasteners, applicable in aircraft, shipbuilding, petrogas, automotive-tractor industries. SUBSTANCE: part is washed in detergent solution at a temperature of 55 to 65 C. Aqueous biodecomposable solution of alkaline nature additionally containing trisodium phosphate (80 g/l) and soda ash (100 g/l), and commercial borax is used as detergent solution. Prior to washing, parts are subjected to degreasing for at least an hour at a temperature of degreasing medium within 120 to 140 C. Washing is accomplished in a torus vibrating set, which is loaded with parts within 2/3 to 3/4 of its working volume, provided rotation is imparted to parts relative to the own axis and set axis; after removal of protective coatings parts are subjected to treatment by polishing agent. After washing protective coatings are removed, working surfaces are calibrated and protective coatings are restored. Metal sand may be added to detergent solution (up to 25% of the set working volume). EFFECT: no manual operations. 9 cl
